RETURN AND REFUNDS

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original packing condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned after within 7 days of your purchase. Please return it with the original packaging state.Customer will shoulder the shipping fee when returning item. The Company will shoulder the shipping fee when sending you replacements of the items.

RETURN EXCEPTION

Items cannot be returned if they are opened.

RESTOCKING FEE

The return and refund policy by K3L Consumer Goods Trading indicate that all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

SHIPPING

The buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost of the item or items returned. We will deduct the shipping fee if you receive a refund from us.
